Durdham Down Bookshop has been supplying books to its customers in Bristol for almost thirty years.  During this time, it has established the reputation for having more books per square foot of shelf space than any other bookshop in the area!  The present owners, Leslie and Kathryn Atkins, celebrated ten years at Durdham Down in August 2004. As well as an excellent range of new books, the shop stocks art materials, sheet music, educational toys and classical CDs.  The book ordering service is second to none, with over 90% of ordered books being available for collection the following day!  Individual customers, schools, libraries, hospitals and other institutions rely on the Bookshop's speed and efficiency and the staff's superb product knowledge. Durdham Down's latest venture is a specialist internet-based second-hand department, of particular interest to collectors and academics in the field of literature and language.
